Sometimes we get caught up with so many things in life that we eventually grow tired of the things that we used to love and enjoy.

Some say it’s just part of how life is.

Have you every stop/ paused to think for a while, how times really flies?

How some things almost every plan you have don’t’ always turn out as you planned?

 

We were laughing and joking about how we all will look when we are taking the family portrait during along with my graduation robe. It was only less a year to do just that – it was suppose to be a plan for August’07. But in January’07, he had been taken away suddenly from us.

 

We were watching her eat her grapes, smiles with a distance, but she was just there on Saturday and on the following Tuesday she was gone.

 

We can plan all we want about life, but we can never really have control on how exactly everything will turn out to be. That doesn’t means that we then better not plan and don’t do anything about it. But further more we should live harder, try harder to do the things that we really want to do, because we don’t exactly know how much time we have. Plan, have in mind the goal (things) that you want to achieve, and make sure that you make it right the first try, so you don’t need to wish that you have more time when time is nearing / passed you. Honestly, I wasn’t really a believer of this statement since the beginning (I think only lately someone was able to convince me how true the statement is)

 

The pace of life can be so fast some times that I forget that it’s already end of Oct’09 with a blink of an eye. Listening to “Have yourselves a merry little Christmas” is definitely not helping. Haha…

 

I guess what I’m really asking myself now is that, am I using my limited lifeline with value and worth???

 

Dear brothers and sisters let me say one more thing as I close this letter. Fix your thoughts on what is true and honorable and right. Think about the things that are pure and lovely and admirable. Think about thing that are excellent and worthy of praise. (Philippians 4:8)

-Simply means- get our focus right and ensure that our life is worthwhile????

I don't update much don't I.
I guess that's the "side effects" as a working young adult.

Life have gradually becomes so routine that you either don't have the spare time to update your blog (even if you have you might only update through facebook) or you simply have nothing special to share anymore.

 

I'd officially worked two full year with the company that I first joined after I graduated.

Transferred to the 3^rd department now, giving the reason of exposure and that's the whole reason for joining a company as a management trainee.

I'm in Credit Control department now.

I used to think that I like jobs with action and challenges. Never crossed my mind that in the end, I actually liked what I'm doing now.

Maybe because I don't like conflicts and though my job now is very straight forward, I kinna appreciate the "peacefulness" that comes along with it.

You don't need to be political or being fake to get things done.

Whether you can do your job well it can be told by the figures and not how well you kiss ass-es.

A 90 sec commercial that brought tears to my eyes

I was scanning some old pics (those taken using films) into the PC.
And I came across this pic.

The first "moment" I bet most of you still remember you first crush, don't cha?

Hadn't been much since the beginning of 2009. Work hadn't been nice, people at work hadn't been nice, bosses aren't so nice anymore compared to the good times.

I think everyone is kinna at the edge during this recession. You can't help but feel the anxiety in the air sometimes.

But life goes on, there are people that still find ways to have some fun during this hard times. Looking for a breather somewhere... I'd love to take a break and go holiday with a small group of friends that you care about and just spend time laugh together at anything under the sky.

Anyway, got a treat from mom today. I'd been hearing about this place Jagoya so many times but hadn't really had a chance to go try it out. Been to Gonbei in Starhill before but not Jagoya. Since they are having this buy one free one promotion, mom decided to give us a family treat...

Some say that the food there is not as nice as when it just started business, but I think it's quite alright. And I definately had more than I suppose to today. Ate so much fish, served in all different ways (chinese cruisine, tepanyaki, sashimi,etc) I think I'll be avoiding any sort of fish for a while. Sorry not much pictures to show because was busy eating not long after sitting down.

After 2 hours of non-stop eating, to end the entire gluttony event, we had Hagan Daze ice-cream as closing. Not bad that bad after all. *bloated*
